AhlulBayt News Agency: In continuation of his anti-Iran rhetoric, US President Donald Trump has once again made new claims about Iranian officials.
Trump asserted that Iranian authorities are eager to meet with him soon, despite Tehran’s repeated denials. “They do want to meet me, and we’ll do that quickly,” he told reporters at the White House, according to TASS.
Earlier on Saturday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi responded via a post on X, stating that if Trump truly seeks a deal, he must abandon his disrespectful tone toward Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Araghchi emphasized that Trump should stop offending the millions of Iranians who deeply respect their Supreme Leader, and that genuine diplomacy requires mutual respect.
